Great product for ballgames in Florida. Keeps the sun off well and easy to maneuver with the wheels. The only negative is the tiny screws used to attach the wheels. Kind of tough to get a grip on them.

I purchased my second one when I noticed it was on sale because I really used what I received two years ago pretty hard, at least 4 days a week from April until Nov, but handles did break off. I had to put zip ties on it so I can still pull it! When I unpack this one for next spring, I might re-enforce the handles. I’m 75 years old and it was so much easier for me to pull this that it was to carry it on my back! Just love this chair!

This company understands customer service. Have had the chair more than a year and found it fantastic. High quality at a good price. In fortune for me while pulling it out from the trunk of my car one end of the pull strap popped of and I lost the special nut that held it in place. While contacting the company I saw they had an wheel attachment option and so when getting in touch they immediately told me they would send me the lost part and then when I asked about the wheels they clearly explained the attachment, didn’t try to sell me but told me if I ordered the wheels let them know and they would include the replacement in the same package. No mention re cost do the replacement just let me know they would include and let them know I’d I decided to buy the wheels. They continued to follow up and even after I told them I re embed the package with the replacement and the wheels they continued to follow up to insure I was satisfied. His is what I call wonderful customer service. Never discussed if there would be a charge for the screw and nut (I had the chair more than a year). This is a first class company with a great product and customer treatment. Highly recommend.

We first discovered Renetto when our daughter bought us chairs. We’ve since purchased chairs for our other children and just purchased the next generation chair and added the attachable wheels and foot stools. If you’re handy you can drill the holes yourself in the generation 2 chairs and add the wheels to them. We’ve received several compliments on the chairs and provided info on how to get them. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Roof too low, at 6 foot 3 my head hits the top if sitting up straight. Also the roof easily retracts in the wind, which I resolved with a bungee cord. I love the chair overall, wish there was a version for taller people.

The wheels are a great addition to my chair. Having them really beats "backpack mode." If you're about to order one of these terrific (but hefty) chairs, include the optional wheels. You won't regret it.

The ease of setting up was great.
Carrying it was no problem.
However, maybe I missed something in the directions, but the canopy kept blowing backwards when ever there was a breeze.
I thought there might have been some sort of locking mechanism to keep it from blowing backwards, but i couldn't figure it out. Eventually I just put it down permanently.

Love the chair a little hard to roll thru the grass but great on blacktop i can handle that and its harder to get out of than my other rocker but i like the chair now if you could make a rocker also

I ordered two chairs a while back. LOVED them...but I didn't order the wheels.....for whatever reason I didn't think I'd need them. However, the chair...clearly isn't your ordinary chair...it's a well made solidly constructed chair, so it is heavier than most. Not surprisingly. You get what you pay for.
I decided after backpacking my chair to pickleball courts (where they have been the center of attention....so much so a friend bought one after seeing mine).......that I wanted the wheels. Much easier to tow it.
The wheels came with the little tool for installation. Installation was a piece of cake...done in under 10 minutes, both chairs. Now my chair(s) roll smoothly behind me, no more heavy backpacking. Game on!
I would definitely recommend the chair AND the wheels...it's a double thumbs up for me!

I gifted my dad the tailgate chair, which he loved immediately, but once I tried it on to carry it as a backpack, I knew he’d need the wheels for easier handling. So I bought 2 sets of wheels! The other for my husband. My husband and dad received the chairs for Father’s Day.
Moral of the story: Learn from me, buy the wheels with the chair.

I bought the wheels and the directions say not to use the pulling handle to lift, however I want to roll the chair into the back of my suv and there is no handle to lift the chair into the car and roll it in. The back pack straps are on the bottom.
I like how the top works and how the chair closes however I would have preferred a chair that locked in place to create a flatter sitting surface similar to the Kijaro brand.

Bought for my husband, who had heat stroke before to keep him covered and comfortable. He still has to limit his time in the outdoors, but he gets to spend more time enjoying his time with family/friends.
Bought the wheels to make it easier for him to take with him and to not have to carry it myself (although it is not that heavy).
Would highly recommend as it folds down to a small size and is easy to store.

Awesome Chairs
I ordered two of these chairs to use at baseball games. It really helps keep you from the heat. The only thing I would say is I believe that the casters should already come with the chair and they are hard as Chinese arithmetic to put on. But other than that the chair is fantastic.

Do it yourself
Purchase new chairs with wheels, didn't think about I needed to install the wheels my self. It wasn't hard but just the idea you buy two nex chairs two additional flaps, netting, and wheels come in a separate boxes that you need to install. Make sure you have a small wrench or socket and a good small philips screw driver to make it work.
